This post is about a very good investment opportunity that you might find it very fruitful.

One of top Indonesia businesses is Agribusiness. With million of acres land of forests and farms across the archipelago, Indonesia is one of the richest country in terms of natural resources. Beside natural gas and oil, palm plantation considered as one of fastest growing and healthy national industry. hari ini terjadi pemecahan rekor baru. Hanya 43 menit saja dari rumah (Kostrad – Arteri PI) sampai kantor (NET). Alat pengukur yang digunakan adalah jam tangan Bugs Bunny. Pengukuran dimulai ketika mobil keluar dari garasi dan berhenti saat saya duduk di singgasana komandan.

Lamanya waktu tersebut sudah termasuk nutup pintu garasi,  lewat jalan tikus yang tembus di gandaria, hambatan orang bloon parkir di Gado-gado Boplo Barito, salah parkir di basement MIK dan nunggu lift di basement.

Kesimpulan saya adalah, ini bukan merupakan prestasi dari si Hijau, meskipun saya ngebut sedikit ketika di wijaya dan di rasuna said. Rekor terjadi lebih disebabkan oleh “agak lancarnya” jalan dari rumah ke kantor, padahal lagi musim kampanye pilkada. Mungkin juga sih disebabkan sirkulasi lalu-lintas Jakarta tidak lancar alias di jalur lain macetnya luar biasa.

anyway… mudah-mudahan begini terus atau lebih lancar lagi…

Jakarta akan punya gubernur baru. Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) dilakukan secara langsung oleh jutaan warganya (katanya). Benarkah warga Jakarta akan perduli dengan pilkada ini? Jadi perhatian mungkin iya yah… tapi kalo perduli kok saya ga begitu yakin ya… mengingat warga Jakarta banyak sekali yang individualistis… jutaan juga mungkin jumlahnya… :p

Mengenai ghost voters… kemarin saya nonton liputan di Trans TV yang mencoba membuktikan ada atau tidaknya ghost voters tersebut. Ternyata memang ada lho!! Ada warga yang terdaftar sebagai pemilih namun sebenarnya dia udah pindah entah kemana sejak bertahun-tahun yang lalu… ada juga yang ternyata sudah meninggal dunia… ngeri ga tuh, ada hantu yang ikut nyoblos milih gubernur…

Saya sendiri sepertinya belum terdaftar… Ga begitu perduli juga sih siapa gubernurnya nanti… Toh kayaknya bakal tetep macet juga Jakarta dan pasti tetep kotor… mungkin sedikit lebih baik untuk kaum kapitalis dan borjuis… jadi yang kotor dan macet bisa dilokalisasi… singkat kata, seperti cita-cita Bang Yos (mungkin), Jakarta khusus buat orang kaya saja.
